Why it matters

Reactive repairs cost more than you think.

Waiting for something to fail means paying for the repair, the downtime and the disruption. A planned approach puts you back in control.

Run-to-failure

Reactive approach

  • Breakdowns happen at the worst possible moment
  • Lost productivity while equipment sits idle
  • Small faults grow into larger, costlier repairs
  • Unpredictable spending and premature replacement
  • No record of how equipment has been cared for

The CircaCircuits plan

Preventative approach

  • Service happens on a schedule you set
  • Equipment stays available when you need it
  • Wear is caught early, while fixes are simple
  • Predictable costs and a longer working life
  • A documented service history for every asset

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first 10 minutes over the phone are free of charge. That's usually enough time to understand your equipment, the problem you're facing and what kind of service you need. If more time is needed, we'll let you know before continuing.
How is service pricing calculated?
Service is charged per instance, per unit, per day. The rate depends on the work type (simple or complex), the system (mechanical or electrical) and the unit size (small is 50 lbs / 3 ft or less; heavy is more). Rates range from $200 to $800 per instance. See the pricing table for every rate.
What's included on my invoice?
Every invoice is itemized into service, materials, travel, and state & local taxes, followed by the total service amount. You'll also receive our written recommendation and solution for the work.
When does the hazard fee apply?
A flat rate of $500 per hour, per person applies in dangerous environments: temperatures outside 0°C / 32°F to 37°C / 100°F; confined spaces, underwater work, or extreme height or weight; direct exposure to extreme energy systems such as high voltage, high tension or pressure, or high RPM; and dangerous failing systems caused by corrosion, operational stress or extreme energy events.
How does a maintenance plan work?
Each maintenance client receives a Maintenance Plan with its own Plan ID and a written plan outline for your equipment. We track the last known full service for every unit and schedule service around your operations, so you build a complete service history over time.
Where do you provide service?
We're based in the Northeastern United States and focus on Connecticut and Massachusetts. We're also open to work across the wider Northeast and beyond, so reach out with your location. Travel is itemized separately on every quote and invoice.
Who do you work with?
We serve businesses, private customers and government clients, from a single component to an entire fleet of equipment.
What information should I have ready?
If you can, have the equipment's model and manufacturer, its approximate weight and size, any part, serial or lot numbers, and whether you have the manufacturer's schematic or manual. Let us know about any modifications made to the unit. Our service request form below walks you through it.
How much does laser engraving cost?
Laser engraving is $20 per half square inch (13 mm). We can engrave logos and branding, identification and asset tags, signage and personalized pieces. Share your design and we'll confirm the size and price before we begin.
How does the pawn / trade program work?
Send us a description and photos of your functional parts or equipment. We evaluate their condition and value, then make you an offer to buy them outright or apply their value as trade credit toward our services.
Who is the trade program for, and how do I enroll?
The program is for anyone looking to start or advance a technical career, from complete beginners to working technicians adding new disciplines. Use the service request form and select "Trade Program" to ask about upcoming sessions and enrollment. Preparing for a hiring exam? Try our free mechanical aptitude practice tests.
